2. Product Information and Availability
2.1 Products are available only while stocks last. We make every effort to maintain sufficient inventory but cannot guarantee the constant availability of all products.
2.2 Product descriptions and images are for reference only. Actual products may have slight variations due to photography lighting, display differences, etc.
2.3 If a product is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you via email of the estimated delivery time or cancel the order.
3. Pricing and Tax Policy
3.1 Product prices are exclusive of taxes. We reserve the right to change prices, but the order price will be based on the price displayed on the Website at the time of ordering.

EU Orders: VAT is pre-paid via the IOSS system for orders below €150; for orders above €150, import VAT is payable by the recipient upon import.

4.1 Placing an order constitutes a purchase offer. The contract is formally established only after you receive our order confirmation email.
4.2 You must provide accurate and complete order information and are responsible for all activities under your account.
4.3 We reserve the right to cancel orders due to inventory issues, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Delivery times are estimates only and do not include customs clearance time. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
5.2 You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and ensuring someone is available to receive the shipment. Additional costs incurred due to failed delivery will be borne by you.
5.3 Ownership of the goods transfers upon receipt. The transportation risk is borne by us until successful delivery.

6.1 Return Period: You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving the goods.

Due to hygiene reasons, returns of food items are only accepted if unopened.
