1. Return Eligibility

1.1 Eligible for Return:​

  • Products returned within 15 days of receipt

  • Products unopened with original packaging intact

  • Original order number and proof of purchase provided

  • No signs of use,Does not affect secondary sales

1.2 Not Eligible for Return:​

  • Opened food products (for hygiene and safety reasons)

  • Beyond the 15-day return period

  • Missing original packaging or labels

  • Quality issues caused by improper storage by customer

2. Return Process

2.1 Requesting a Return

  • Log into your account and go to “Order History”

  • Select the order needing return, click “Request Return”

  • Fill out return reason and quantity

  • Customer service will confirm within 24 hours after submission

2.2 Return Packaging Requirements

  • Use original packaging box

  • Include return form (system generated)

  • Ensure products are protected during transit

  • Recommend using tracked shipping service

2.3 Return Address

After return request is approved, system will provide specific return address

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Timeline

  • 1-2 business days after receiving return: Quality inspection

  • Days 3-5: Financial processing

  • Days 5-7: Refund received (depends on payment provider)

3.2 Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 7-10 business days

  • PayPal: Instant to PayPal account

  • Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days

3.3 Refund Amount

  • Full product amount refunded

  • Original shipping cost not refunded (unless quality issue)

  • Return shipping cost borne by responsible party

A: For returns due to quality issues, we provide prepaid return labels. Other returns require customers to cover shipping costs.

Q: Can gifts be returned?​

A: Yes, original order number required. Refund will be issued to original payment account.
