Our GABA Oolong Tea is sourced from the high-altitude tea gardens of Ali Shan in Chiayi County, Taiwan, as shown in the detailed regional map (Image 1). This special oolong undergoes a unique GABA (Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid) enhancement process, resulting in a tea rich in natural calming compounds. The dry tea features tightly rolled, dark brown leaves with a glossy appearance (Images 2-4), which when brewed yield a golden-amber liquor with a smooth, rich flavor (Image 5). The tea is grown in pristine mountainous conditions (Image 7) and processed using traditional methods that preserve its natural goodness.
